Live satellite maps are helpful for government agencies
It was a bright Sunday morning and my daughter who is an officer in the geographical survey agency of the government was too busy with her laptop. I have rarely seen her working on Sunday mornings as she wakes up too late on Sundays. On my curiosity about the work she was doing, she told me that she was studying live satellite maps of the mountainous places of the country as she needs to prepare a report on the same to help the government in emergency planning of the area. I was really impressed to see the uses a satellite map could be put to.
