Chapter 7 is the Most Common Type of Bankruptcy

When the bankruptcy most people think of chapter 7. This is the most type of bankruptcy that all large sector of society usually tries to use to find relief from overwhelming debt. Up until 2005, chapter 7 bankruptcy was fairly easy to get through. Nowadays, a new bankruptcy laws governing chapter 7 has made it much more difficult to file. When are someone doesn’t qualify to file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 they will be forced into a Chapter 13. Chapter 13 bankruptcy sometimes it’s easier to negotiate your way out of debt then it is to be put in a 3 to 5 year payment plan.
