TIMES TWO
My friend Jen has a habit of buying always two of everything, exactly the same item, sometimes in different colour and size. She always says it’s because it’s practical to have a spare just in case you lost or break the other. But I say, it’s a total waste of money! But she doesn’t really realize it because since an only child she is being spoiled everything she wants and likes. She buys and shops like it’s the easiest and most relaxing thing to do. Just recently, she bought two espresso machines because she broke the last one she had been using, two coffee sets and two peculators. But sometimes her being a freak could be really useful, like the time when we misplaced our report and can’t find it but because she made an extra copy, we were all saved from being scolded and reprimanded.
