Our company is lagging behind many others in terms of employee performance. Yet, anything we try just seems to make the problem worse rather than better. We have decided to hire microsoft business intelligence consultants to help with this issue. We would like the firm to develop our budget drivers as well as to develop corporate key performance indicators for employee evaluation. Firing anyone is something that I do not like to do, yet we have to do what is best for all of employees. If one is dragging others down, he or she needs to go. It is only fair.
