Sister Looking Into Loans For People With Bad Credit
My sister has decided that she’s tired of renting, and wants to buy her own place. But when she went into the bank to get pre-approved, they didn’t approve her for very much. Certainly not enough to buy a house with! So I offered to co-sign with her, but she’s thinking about going with loans for people with bad credit instead. She really wants to do this on her own, even if it means a higher interest rate. I admire her for wanting to do it on her own, but I also don’t think she should be too proud to take help!
