Want some Cyclone by Maximuscle or some gruel?
Cyclone was discovered to be the reason for the variation in our weightlifters differences in body mass over the training period. The athletes diets also however effected the results in addition to the use of cyclone. There was a noticeable difference in the weight changes for the 5 month resistance training programme. In addition the extra calories and proteins in the maximuscle cyclone seemed to help our athletes recover from their training despite them using cardio vascular excercise to a high degree in addition to resistance training for the 5 month period. Personally I dont think there is anything wrong with gruel.
