A Little History On Punching Bags
I sometimes find it interesting to know a little history on subjects I come across. The history of punching bags goes back to the time of recording military training. They have always been a component of martial arts and swordplay. Look at all the medieval movies and you will see when the soldiers are training that there is a punching bag around. The same holds true of martial arts training arenas. The use of a punching bag keeps the fighter from being injured while improving his skills. Punching bags are not new to the fighting scene they have just been improved on and enhanced.
