My dad brags about a lot of things, he claims that he cooks the best cheese steak this side of the country, he also says he is the best coffee Maker in the family. Call us old fashioned, but we brew the roasted beans that we get from the farm ourselves. Making coffee really differs. It really depends on the hand, if the skill is quite adequate, the coffee comes out dazzling with aroma and flavor. Just like the steak, straight from the cow to the grill. The meat should be very tender if it is fresh from slaughter, I know a lot of people can not stomach it, but fresh is always best.
