Do you love crab salad?
It seems like there are some foods we always eat the same way. The tuna fish we ate was never anything more than mayonnaise, mustard, eggs and relish on bread or on a bed of lettuce. Shrimp was always either shrimp cocktail or battered and deep fried. Crab and lobster were always considered a delicacy and treated and eaten as such, with butter and maybe lemon. Now, however, I have seen crab in a whole new light. Crab salad is available in many restaurants and is impossibly simple to prepare at home too. If it is too cost prohibitive, there is always the option of using artificial crab which is surprisingly good.
