Interval Training for Weight Loss
I love to learn new quick weight loss tips as I am forever struggling with my weight. Recently I read an article about interval training. This is a very simple thing to do while walking or running. If your normal walking pace is three miles an hour, every five minute or so, increase your speed for a minute or so. Also, swing your arms for increased aerobic activity and use ankle weight to increase your resistance. You can do all of these at the same time and get a whole body workout in the amount of time it takes you to normally walk one mile. I love multi-tasking and this is a great way to do just that.
