Foods That Assist In Fat Loss And Weight Management

I have tried every weght loss idea thrown my way.  I have been overweight for almost half of my life at this stage of the game.  I almost wish I didn’t “have” to eat sometimes because the only time I ever lost weight was when I fasted.  I drank fresh squeezed, organic lemons, water, real maple syrup, and cayenne pepper for seven days.  For the next three days I reintroduced fresh fruits, and vegetables as a soup.  I lost twenty pounds in ten days.  I, of course, have gained back the weight.  I don’t know what I am doing wrong.  If I just had 3 healthy foods for fat loss and weight management, it would be just like the fasting drink.  Just a few weeks later, I know I would see a difference in my body, and I wouldn’t feel so hungry.  Good food would be my savior in this fat loss quest.
