The Church Auction
Our church has a congregation of over 500 members, and every year we hold a missions auction. Different church members donate various items and services, and they are auctioned off during a night of fun and entertainment. We also serve a gourmet catered dinner and desserts, so we use stacking chairs and folding tables for banquets to set the food, drinks, and desserts on. Our hospitality team decorates the hall where the auction is held, and lovely tablecloths and flowers are added to give a look of elegance. This year we expect that over three hundred people will attend the auction, and we will have plenty of room to seat all of them.
