I was chatting with a friend a few days ago and she was telling me about the ordeal that she has been through. It seems that her bank did not handle her loan properly and mis sold PPI without her knowledge. She was told that it was included in the loan. She did not realize this until it was too late, or so she thought. She found out that she can file a claim and get her money back. She is relieved to hear this and feels that more people have been affected by this and they need to know what their rights are.
