Florists in vans
There are many industries which require a large vehicle such as a truck or a van to operate successfully. One of the top five areas where vans are required, aside from Removals, is the delivery sector. Deliveries are made by all manner of companies, from florists to grocers, so it makes sense that there is an increase in the number of women who are also getting behind the van wheel. One interesting statistic claims that of the women van drivers, labelled vantrepreneurs, 53% are self employed compared to 44% of males who are self employed. This indicates that women are using vans to further their careers.
